Worthy exists to call women into alignment with their God-given identity, to live worthy of their calling, and to pursue their Kingdom assignment with boldness and clarity.
Rooted in Ephesians 4:1, we carry the charge of the Apostle Paul:
“Live worthy of the calling you have received, for you have been called by God.”
Who We Are
Worthy is a nonprofit ministry birthed in prayer and obedience to a divine invitation from the Lord. Our heart is to come alongside churches, ministries, and individuals to help every woman:

We believe every daughter of God is uniquely designed and positioned for impact in four key areas:
Marriage, Motherhood, Marketplace, and Ministry.
We are committed to equipping women through regional gatherings, our annual Worthy Conference, and Christ-centered content — all created to stir hunger for Jesus, deepen intimacy with the Father, and activate women into their Kingdom purpose.
How It Started
In February 2023, Pastor Erin Arruda was deeply stirred while listening to two regional leaders speak about revival and the rising call for women in this critical hour. In that moment, she sensed the Holy Spirit speak clearly:
"This July."
What followed was a rapid and Spirit-led unfolding of vision. Pastor Erin joined forces with two trusted and prophetic leaders — Tracy Erwin and Pastor Ruth Spiegel. Together, they retreated to pray and seek the Lord’s direction. The theme that echoed over and over again was “Worthy.”
In January 2024, Worthy Ministries was officially formed as a nonprofit, governed by a board of passionate women leaders. The board is led by President Erin Arruda, Vice President Debbie Price, Secretary Courtney Lambert, and Treasurer Sarah Ronne. They are joined by board members Ruth Spiegel, Karen Brooks, Victoria Piccirilli, and Sandra Tolsma — each bringing their own unique gifts and heart for the Kingdom.

We see a double portion of the glory on display in them poured out on this generation, for such a time as this.
We see the warring women of Zion rising to declare the message of Christ, ready for revival.
